On November 19， Mr. Xu Qiang， the Executive Chef of Sofitel Hotel， won the honor of Shandong Cuisine Master of China.
Mr. Xu Qiang graduated from the Cooking Department of Shandong Civic Service College and worked as Head Chef in Silver Plaza Quancheng Hotel and Executive Chef in Shandong Building and from March 2008， he began to work as Executive Chef in Sofitel Silver Plaza Hotel.
He said that he would delve into Shandong cuisine to contribute more to Shandong Inzone Tourism Group and development of catering industry of Shandong Province.
